ABOUT DAN

I am a former defensive lineman that played football for Coach Jerry Claiborne from 1981-1986 and was a member of the 1984 Hall of Fame Bowl Championship team which beat Wisconsin 20-19 and finished ranked number 19 in the AP and Coaches Polls.
I see this as an opportunity to give back to the school and athletic department that has been so good to me!
For the record, I BLEED BLUE!
While receiving my BBA in Marketing in 1986, I took an elective course at Lexington Community College in Real Estate and I knew then that I had found my passion. After graduation, my wife and I closed on our first property on our wedding day - June 26, 1987. Since then, I have helped a lot of people along the way. I have remodeled several hundred homes, built numerous new homes and was awarded "Best Built Home" at the 2001 Homearama, which showcases the best homes in Louisville, Kentucky.
My passion is helping people sell their home. As a listing agent, my past experience comes in handy when getting my sellers ready to market their property! We will do a (C.M.A.) Comparative Market Analysis to see what other properties are selling for in your area in order to get the highest return for your investment. I also like to take a common sense approach, such as sprucing up the yard and making some usually inexpensive suggestions when viewing out property prior to listing.
